Molday ION™ Rhodamine B is without question the best cell labeling and MRI tracking reagent on the market today.
Molday ION Rhodamine B (MIRB) is an iron oxide-based superparamagnetic MRI contrast reagent (USPIO) having a colloidal size of 35 nm. This colloid is specifically designed for cell labeling and MRI tracking and does not require transfection reagents for efficient cell labeling. This USPIO is cross-linked for stability and labeled with the fluorescent dyes Rhodamine B. Molday ION Rhodamine B can be visualized by both MRI (T2 imaging agents) and fluorescence. Using magnetic fields, labeled cells can be magnetically held to enhance cellular grafting.
All cell-types can be successfully labeled with MIRB, including Adherent cells, Suspension Cells, Stem Cells, Primary Cells, T-Cels, and even platelets.

The Product
Molday ION Rhodamine B™ (MIRB) is a 35 nm rhodamine B-labeled iron-based superparamagnetic contrast agent (USPIO) packaged in a 2 ml sealed serum bottle containing 0.5 ml or 2 ml of the product. Each bottle has a 2 mg Fe/ml concentration having a zeta potential of ~ +31 mV.
