Technical Information

Albumin-750 is albumin labeled with a near infrared (NIR) dye bottled at a concentration of 2.4 mg/ml for optical imaging applications. The fluorescence excitation is 750 nm and the fluorescent emission is 780 nm. This product is provided ready-to-use!

This product is designed for in vivo near-IR optical imaging applications. The product can be used as a blood pooling agent for vascular studies in angiogenesis research applications. The product can also be used for permeability studies.

The Product

Packaged in a 2 ml sealed serum bottle, 1.2 ml of Albumin-750 is provided at a concentration of 2.4 mg/ml. Applications include vascular imaging, injection and injection-site visualization, and permeability studies. Suggested starting dose for mice is 0.1 ml.
