Dual MRI and PET/SPECT Imaging

Technical Information

PET-PAL™ is a family of reagents designed for nuclear medicine and PET imaging applications. These reagents have the availability to chelate Tc-99m for SPECT or Cu-64 for PET imaging. The researcher adds an appropriate amount of radioisotope to the product and then the labeled product is ready-to-use.

Molday ION DOTA™ is a USPIO providing a strong T2 MRI image. This colloid can also couple either Cu-64 for PET imaging or Tc-99m for SPECT imaging applications.

SPION-64-Cu

The Product

Molday ION DOTA™ is a 35 nm USPIO having a DOTA chelate to couple either Tc-99m or Cu-64. 0.5 ml at a concentration of 2 mg Fe/ml having a zeta potential of ~ +21mV, packaged in a 2 ml sealed serum bottle.
